I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and nice but lacking a view. The pull-down bed was uncomfortable, but overall, the room was well-maintained. The service was friendly and even went above and beyond by arranging for a free late check-out. The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to all main attractions.
